Personal, Executive and Leadership Coaching
Personal coaching clients are invited to look at any areas of life where they feel stuck. Many clients contact me because they aren’t sure what’s next in their careers or are struggling with a work or personal relationship, or they believe that more fulfillment and joy are possible.
Organizational clients and executives are often looking to build self-awareness, clarity, empowered decision making, relationship and communication skills. A coaching engagement with MKC Coach will enhance the ability of any executive to lead a team and make change.

Fundraising Coaching and Consulting
I work with nonprofit and startup leaders who need to raise money for their organizations but struggle with dread, anxiety, negative stories — and even hating this part of their jobs. I offer coaching around money stories, the art of enrolling asks, and developing an authentic fundraising style so they can have some fun, be compelling and confident fundraisers, raise more money — and have more time for the parts of their job that they LOVE.
